Zaheir Hamchaoui, 56 - Independence, MO

In 2002, me and my Algerian wife Fadila Kaci were residing at 550 S. Brookside Avenue in Independence, Missouri. That is, until Zaheir (or Zahir since 2017) Hamchaoui (ham-chao-oui) turned up with his fuck face and pot belly in the US on lottery visa, a non-petitioned and non-sponsored immigrant visa issued at random to non-taxpaying foreigners without regard to immigrant's humanitarian needs, family ties, job skills or investment potential, while simultaneously denying fiancee and spouse visas, the petitioned and sponsored visas denied to the fiancees and spouses of taxpaying citizens. The year (2002) Hamchaoui hauled ass to the US, fiance(e) visa denial rate was a stunning 34.9%, with 41,197 immigrant lottery visas and only 39,009 non-immigrant fiancee and spouse visas issued that year. Fiancee and spouse visas are denied for whatever reason and "No proof of relationship" is falsified on the papers.

Shortly after her arrival, I helped Fadila find a job and bought her a car only so she could help out her dirt poor family living in a remote mountain village in Algeria (how stupid does it sound today). I never expected and she never even attempted to give me a red cent of her income. In fact, in the start, she caused quite a stir for having to pay for own groceries. She did send back some money for siblings weddings and home repairs, most of her taxed income went to clothes that filled up 3 large closets in 3 bedrooms, and when she was done with clothes then she started buying junk at Family Dollar. I gave her more freedom than I should have, enough to get introduced to unsponsored immigrant Hamchaoui et al. so I could become his sponsor too. Fadila found Hamchaoui a job at her ENS Dental Lab in Lenexa, Kansas, where she worked as dental tech, give him rides back and forth to and from work, and sold him her Ford Tauraus on 0% down, 0% APR on EZ monthly payments of only $100.

Back in Dec. 2002 when Fadila introduced me to Hamchaoui, he was unemployed and living in a 2-bedroom apartment paying $700 per month rent with his berber bitch Tounes Adjouadi and three berber bastard boys Youcef, Yacine and Elias -- until he fuked out a 4th one. BERBER IS AN ARABIC WORD WHICH MEANS BARBARIAN. Needless to say he was thrilled to default on his $700 a month apartment lease to jump for my $450 per month fully and newly-furnished two-bedroom house with separate dining and laundry rooms, backyard with deck, and front yard with porch. As if that wasn't enough, the berber bastard threatened to leave only to get the already low $450 a month rent reduced down to $350. At the time, I was extremely ill and rental income was all I had to pay for my food, property taxes, health insurance and utilities for myself and Fadila, who, despite earning $16 an hour at the time wasn't contributing a single red cent towards the household.

Now, getting to the website proper, ONLY A COUPLE OF MONTHS AFTER HAMCHAOUI MOVED IN, I FELL ILL TO AN EXTENT THAT I BECAME BED-STRICKEN 23/7. At that time, Hamchoui's evening job was working as a cook at Harrah's Casino in Overland Park, KS, from where he stole a lot of seafood to feast his family. He even exhibited the generocity to pass it up to us once. As I fell ill, upstairs became as mess as I found myself unable to take care of a one bedroom apartment and Fadila never cooked or cleaned. At the time, I didn't suspect anything sinister because my mind was clean and I was really too ill to figure it out. My guess was that my thalassemia minor had progressed into thalassemia intermedia. At one time I was even considered getting bone-marrow transplant overseas to get out of my situation. Hamchaoui worked as an anthesiologist in a hospital in Algeria before coming to the US. The door between their downstairs and our upstairts was never locked as Fadila was frequently upstairs and down.

Truth is, Hamchaoui wanted everything of mine, including my wife so he could bring his equally fuck face berber brother, the Goatee King, Said Hamchaoui, 42, of Independence, MO, to the US. Also, Fadila's $16 an hour income may have meant anything to me, but it also made her quite a catch for Hamchaouis. As soon as Fadila got her green card in mail, Hamchaoui's wife Tounes began to brainwash her downstairs as per Hamchaoui's suggestions. I was sick in bed but Hamchaoui asked her to ask me to buy her a ticket to Algeria, which I did. I suffered the most severe and crazy symptoms.  There in Algeria, she met with Said Hamchaoui, returned a month later, began asking for a divorce, amd moved downstairs to live with Hamchaouis, and filed for divorce in September 2003. Hamchaoui had gotten to know 

Rewinding back a little, in Nov. 2002, Fadila told me that her family needed $600 for her mother's surgery in Algeria. At the time I was unemployed and paying for the household, while she was working and only paying for her car insurance and food, and after 4 years of working, she couldn't pay $600 for the surgery. This is where Hamchaoui came in, contacted his buddies at the hospital in Algeria and arranged a free surgery for Fadila's mother. If anything, from day 1, she complained that I hadn't given her any gold. As for Hamchaoui's brother, she paid $1,000 for his immigration lawyer and another $1,000 for his air ticket. In return, Said Hamchaoui handed her $2,000 in gold as wedding present so she could say to me how he gave her real gold and I didn't. I'm sure now she's making at least 50% contribution to the household expenses because Hamchaoui's brother Said Hamchaoui wouldn't have it any other way.

Soon after Fadila filed for divorce, I got on the internet, and found a lovely 24 years old Russian 5'8"/ 119 lbs blonde/ blue medical student from Moldova, and tried to move on with my life. I mean, why fight over something if everyone can have what they want? WHEN I FIRST VISITED MY FIANCEE IN JANUARY OF 2004, I WAS NOT ABLE TO SEXUALLY PERFORM, BUT AFTER SPENDING A MONTH IN ABU DHABI WITH MY FAMILY, I BEGAN TO FEEL BETTER, SO I HAD TO SEE MY FIANCEE AGAIN WHICH I DID IN FEBRUARY OF 2004. I RETURNED WITH A DETERMINATION TO REGAIN CONTROL OF MY LIFE. I GOT BLUE CROSS AND BLUE SHIELD INSURANCE, AND BEGAN VISITING DOCTORS AND HOSPITALS WHILE SIMULTANEOUSLY APPLYING FOR JOBS. This was the 3rd largest job hunt of my life. A couple of months later the BCBS quietly cancelled me without any notification. All this effort too proved fruitless as doctors and tests found absolutely nothing, and I didn't suspect of anything so how could have I asked them to test for poisioning.

After Hamchaoui bought the house, I moved out. ABOUT A MONTHS AFTER MOVING OUT, AS I STARTED TO GET BETTER, I BEGAN TO WONDER WHAT HAD REALLY TRANSPIRED IN THAT HOUSE. Well, why didn't you report it then? I tried to at the Lenexa PD, where I was living at the time. I told them it had been a few months since I had moved out, but there may be residue of some drug or poison in my tissues. Front desk clerk told me, it wasn't their job unless I had turn up dead. Failing at that, I sued Hamchaouis, who hired Furry and Smith of Independence, Missouri. The way his lawyer Scott Smith was talking to now retired hairy judge W. Stephen Nixon in the first hearing, it was obvious that the case wasn't going to go anywhere. 

Well, despite having a stack of medical records as thick as the 103-page proof of relationship with my fiancee visa (my fiancee's visa was denied for "No proof of relationship"), I believe it was Nixon told Smith of a trick to get the case dismissed by sending me a statement that had to be replied to in a certain format. I replied to it but not in the required format, and the lawsuit got dismissed over this technicality.This lawsuit is buried under one of Hamchaoui's last name variations. All the time Fadila was with me, she had an innocent looks. Only one year with Hamchaouis, and she began to look like a whore. Although Fadila hooked up before she filed for divorce and I after she filed for divorce, she was rewarded with a visa and I with a denial. THE TWO OLDER HAMCHAOUI BOYS YOUCEF AND YACINE STOLE FROM EVERY RETAIL STORE THEY WENT INTO WHILE THE YOUNGER ELYAC WAS TOO YOUNG TO PARTICIPATE AT THAT TIME. This was told to me by Fadila, and yet, this was the family Fadila wanted to marry into.

HAMCHAOUI NOW RESIDES AT 12307 E. 41ST. TERRACE, INDEPENDENCE, MISSOURI  64055. HE HAS USED VARIOUS FIRST (ZAHEIR, ZAHIR, ZAHER, ZAHEER, ZOUHAIR, ETC.) AND MULTIPLE LAST NAME VARIATIONS. THE LAWSUIT I FILED AGAINST HIM DON'T EVEN SHOW UP IN CASENET UNDER "HAMCHAOUI" BECAUSE HE MUST HAVE BEEN USING SOME OTHER LAST NAME VARIATION BACK THEN. BERBER IS AN ARABIC WORD WHICH MEANS BARBARIAN.

THE PINK EMBASSY

On September 24, 2001, Michael E. Guest, an openly gay man, was appointed as the U.S. Ambassador to Romania. Guest's presence made Bucharest a more attractive assignment for other gays in the Foreign Service. Promiscuity among some Americans stationed in Romania increased to levels that threatened to jeopardize the mission's reputation and subject U.S. government employees to blackmail. They stated that some diplomats were engaging in homosexual relations with Romanian citizens and other foreign nationals. Such dalliances led some to ridicule the U.S. diplomatic presence in Romania as the pink embassy and the Bucharest bathhouse. A letter sent by a group of Romanian NGOs and individuals to President Bush and Secretary Powell in January named high-level appointees responsible for having "transformed the U.S. diplomatic addresses in to havens of debauchery", and further alleges that [b]ased on reports and pornographic photos circulating around newspapers they.. use their privileged positions to corrupt young Romanians, paying them for sexual relations, by both cash and visas to the U.S. The signatories of this letter include the Union of War Veterans, the National League of December 1989 Combatants, and three former Romanian parliament members. An erstwhile gay lover of a former high-ranking official at the USAID mission in Bucharest has described such conduct in a sworn statement. He says that he lived with this official for four years in his government housing under the guise of serving as household help. There he claims to have witnessed U.S. government employees engaged in lewd acts and entering into other compromising positions. According to his deposition, these acts included multiple sexual encounters with young Romanian men, some of whom may have been minors. The high-ranking USAID official's taxpayer-provided residence was said to be the site of wild sexually charged parties where participants allegedly used drugs and viewed pornography. He states that this official has made sexually explicit photographs of himself available on the Internet. He accuses other officials of paying for sexual favors as well as offering foreign nationals visas in exchange for money or sex. Asked for comment, the USAID press office said it was unaware of any such allegations. Calls to the Inspector General's office were not returned. Contrary to a firm U.S. policy against illicit sexual liaisons and the corruption of minors, they would constitute illegal acts using taxpayers' property and money with the potential to harm national security. In addition, our national reputation has suffered enough recent damage in Romania due to the case of Kurt Treptow, a prominent historian the U.S. embassy in Bucharest placed on the Fulbright Commission. Yet Treptow was a convicted sex offender. He videotaped himself engaging in sexual acts with children as young as seven, some of whom were allegedly orphans, and was sentenced to seven years in Romanian prison for pedophilia and child abuse. In addition to the allegations about Guest’s role in Treptow appointment, newspaper articles accused Guest of poor leadership in presiding over an embassy that the paper says is plagued by mismanagement. Several of the articles accuse embassy officials, including Guest, of engaging in influence-peddling in the appointment of outsiders to embassy posts. In July 2004, Guest was recalled to the U.S. Department of State following a yearlong onslaught of articles in an English language newspaper in Bucharest accusing Guest of corruption and mismanagement. Whoever is posted as U.S. ambassador to Romania will be responsible for maintaining acceptable standards of conduct. They were instrumental in initiating annual gay pride parades (GayFest) in Bucharest in 2004 and organizing them since. These parades have since spread to other Romanian cities and East and Central European capitals. The Dec. 2004 death of Romanian rock star Teo Peter by a drunk Embassy driver nearly carshed the NATO summit in Bucharest three years later in April 2007 because the marine had walked. Teo's family was first offered $11,500 and then $16,000, both offers rejected by the family. A final offer of $80,000 was made in Nov. 2007 on condition that family would publicly disclose a settlement in the millions of dollars. Conversley when a Georgian diplomat killed an American in a car crash, he was not allowed his diplomatic immunity and was sentenced to 7 years in prison and sued by the family. The sovereign consul general at this embassy was in 1991 seen with a man at a post, deemed a security risk and investigated for fitness of service, but allowed to continue anyway after GLIFAA was formed to the rescue.

Below: The numerous court cases against the Hamchaouis. If State Department denies fiancee and spouse visas to import lottery visa immigrants, I say, they deserve every little bit of every Hamchaoui.
